Nobody can deny that a week away from home, seeing and doing new, or just different, things is enjoyable but when the weather gets hot I for one can think of nowhere I would rather be than in my own back garden, especially when there is a cream tea on offer.
Here amongst the flowers, bees and butterflies I have all the comforts I need, a cup of tea at a moments notice, and if that wasn't good enough I have all my sewing, knitting, embroidery and painting things close by too. Knitting is tough when your hands are hot, so time to change to sewing a new hare. What will it be this time? A pretty little thing in a summer frock or perhaps a young man in dungarees ready to go and do some farming - be still my busy brain, so many thoughts and on a day as hot as this, so little motivation. The forecast says it is getting cooler from tomorrow so today is just for planning, tomorrow I will put those plans in action. Stay cool.
